As a staff member, your job is to provide impeccable customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, guaranteeing an exceptional Judgement Free experience for all

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service skills by providing a warm and engaging atmosphere to both members and guests
• Employ courteous and personable communication techniques as you engage with callers who seek your assistance
• Record usage of amenities, including equipment and facilities, and create reports to assist with resource allocation
• It is also important to be empathetic and understanding when addressing a member's concerns, and to make every effort to resolve any issues they may have
• The entire facility must be kept clean on a regular basis, with thorough cleaning of the bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities

Qualifications and Physical Demands

• To take part, it is required that the person is 18 years of age or above
• Timeliness and trustworthiness are non-negotiable
• Applicants who demonstrate prior experience in client handling will be favored
• Enduring a lot of standing and walking throughout your workday
• Ongoing interaction with those who are interested in joining or have already joined the organization through in-person and telephonic communication during your shift
• Being able to carry a weight of 45 pounds is a mandatory aspect of this job
