Your primary role at Planet Fitness is to deliver outstanding customer service to members, potential members, and visitors, helping to create an unparalleled Judgement Free environment

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that is hospitable and welcoming, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
• Support callers in navigating complex issues and tricky questions, drawing on your knowledge and expertise to provide the best possible help
• Keep members informed of updates, changes, and disruptions in services through verbal and written communication
• By responding in a professional and timely manner, you can help to build a positive reputation for your organization and inspire confidence in your members
• Regular upkeep of the facility, which includes the bathrooms, equipment, front desk area, and amenities, is necessary to keep it hygienic and welcoming

Qualifications and Physical Demands

• The minimum age requirement for participation is 18 years or more
• The ability to be punctual and reliable is mandatory
• The applicants with customer service experience will be preferred over others
• Sustaining ongoing movement and upright posture during the entirety of your shift
• Continuous dialogue with prospective members and existing ones both in-person and through phone calls while you are on duty
• This position relies on the ability to lift an item of 45 pounds with ease
