Responsibilities of the Store Operations Coordinator include maintaining a clean and organized store environment that prioritizes customer service. The role involves assisting customers, operating the cash register, restocking merchandise, organizing the store layout, cleaning, and addressing any other tasks delegated by the Store Manager. Additionally, in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, the Store Operations Coordinator assumes leadership responsibilities to drive store profitability, enhance customer satisfaction, and safeguard company assets.
