General Purpose

As a Lead Business Analyst, you will drive business capability improvements by leading system and process initiatives. You will work closely with IT teams, business partners, and external vendors to deliver innovative solutions while supporting existing systems and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate internal teams and external vendors on IT projects and system enhancements.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support and continuously improve existing production systems and processes.
• Manage project activities, timelines, risk assessments, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT systems, retail, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis, project management, and product management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with documentation such as project schedules, risk management plans, and technical design documents.
