Your primary objective as a member of our staff is to deliver top-quality customer service that creates an unmatched Judgement Free atmosphere for Planet Fitness members, prospects, and guests

Responsibilities

• Make every effort to create a positive and inclusive environment where all members and guests feel welcomed and at ease
• Be helpful and responsive to callers, striving to provide timely and accurate information that meets their requirements
• Build rapport with prospective members, explain the membership tiers and benefits, and facilitate the signup process
• When responding to a member's question or concern, it is important to be clear and concise in your communication and to provide accurate information
• Consistent maintenance is crucial for the entire facility, including the restrooms, equipment, front desk area, and amenities, and it should be done using effective cleaning methods

Qualifications and Physical Demands

• Anyone wishing to participate must have reached the age of 18 years or over
• One must always maintain punctuality and dependability
• Those who have already served customers in the past will be given an edge
• Prolonged periods of upright position and constant ambulating whilst on duty
• Regularly conversating with individuals interested in membership or already signed up as members face-to-face or via telephone in the course of your work day
• One of the prerequisites for this position is the proficiency to lift an object weighing 45 pounds
