Your role as a staff member involves providing top-notch customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, with the aim of creating an exceptional Judgement Free environment

Responsibilities

• Extend a warm welcome to both members and guests and ensure they receive exemplary customer service, creating a welcoming and hospitable environment
• Greet callers with a warm and welcoming tone, and offer your assistance in answering any questions they may have
• Greet members upon arrival, give them a walkthrough of the facility, maintain a log of their visit and ensure the highest level of customer service
• It is important to address member questions and concerns promptly and with professionalism. This helps to establish trust and a positive relationship with the member
• The entire facility needs to be cleaned regularly, which includes sanitizing the bathrooms, equipment, front desk area, and amenities

Qualifications and Physical Demands

• Individuals must be of legal adult age, at least 18 years old, to participate
• It is essential to be punctual and reliable
• Prioritization will be given to candidates who possess familiarity with customer service
• Persistently remaining on your feet and moving around during your work hours
• Consistently communicating with members and prospective members in-person and over the phone throughout your workday
• Capability to handle an object weighing 45 pounds is a must
